Morning Juice - Detox Darling
Apple, Lemon, Kale, Milk Thistle & Wheatgrass/Spirulina
Mid-Day Juice - Green Power
Cucumber, Celery, Green Pepper, Kale, Parsley & Lemon
Evening Juice - V6
Tomato, Celery, Beet, Kale, Carrot & Lemon
I have never done a juice cleanse before and have always been curious to try it, so when my roommate found a good deal on Groupon for a 3 day juice cleanse I was ready to try it. Normally this 3 day cleanse from Pulp Kitchen would cost $110 but with the Groupon it came down to $55. You are able to pick up your juices each day if you want them to be super fresh but I decided to grab all 3 days at once because of my busy week schedule. The "detox darling" morning drink was really yummy due to the fact that you could only really taste the apple and lemon which I liked a lot. As for the "Green Power" mid-day drink which was not as yummy. It mainly tasted like a mix of cucumber juice and celery. Lastly, the "V-6" evening drink I found was extremely hard to drink. I am personally not a fan of beets and tomato so when I saw the two mixed in this drink I wasn't too thrilled. I managed to drink have the bottle (keep in mind these bottles are very big) and had 1 hard boiled egg at dinner time since I didn't finish it and wanted some protein.
Overall, I am glad I tried out the 3 day juice cleanse but I would probably not do it again anytime soon. It's hard to give up food when it is constantly around you. I found that chewing gum helped curb my appetite but the novelty of that wore off quickly.
If you do decide to do juice cleanse please talk to the employees to make sure that the juice cleanse is right for you!

It's officially spring! WOHOO.
I didn't want to do a full on spring outfit for this post seeing as it is still a bit chilly outside. So I did this simple transitioning outfit using my high-wasted jean skirt as my spring piece. By wearing a turtleneck with a lighter weight jacket and my knee high boots I am still warm and can get away with having my bare legs exposed. On chillier days you can always wear black tights with this outfit for extra warmth!

Sadly, the last and final outfit from my trip in Florida.
Everything from this outfit is from Urban Outfitters (minus the hat).
Also the fact that I brought my knee high boots all the way to Florida is a little insane but that's what you gotta do sometimes for fashion!
Now onto the outfit - I love tank top dresses. I find they are really versatile and easy to transition from day to night time just by switching out your jacket and shoes. Also, looks can be endless when it comes to styling just a simple black dress like this one.
I'm thinking of making a blog post on more ways to style a simple black dress. Let me know if you would be interested to see that in the comments below!

I swear my eyes are open...
Clearly I took advantage of the weather in Florida for taking blog photos... But seriously the weather was great and allowed me to take a break from this brutally cold Canadian winter.
Today's outfit is very casual and simple - a go to outfit when you are running errands (or just feeling lazy) but still wanting to be comfortable and stylish!
Unfortunately this dress is not available anymore in stores BUT there are so many similar dresses at H&M, Zara, American Eagle, etc. that it is super easy to replicate this outfit. A leather jacket, I feel is key in anyone and everyone's wardrobe. Also any type of comfortable shoe works, I decided to wear my leather snake skin slip-on's because we we're going to the mall that day, which requires a lot of walking (duh, jill).
